The Role of the Six-minute Walk Test, Pulmonary Function Test, and Asthma Control Test in Asthmatic Patients-a Preliminary Report

目的:對於氣喘病患而言,氣喘控制的狀況是相關醫療人員所關注的。本研究是在探討三種評估工具解釋病患氣喘控制的狀況。
方法:本研究由門診病患選出二十六位經診斷爲氣喘的病患。這些病患接受肺功能測試及六分鐘行走測試,同時在治療師協助下填寫氣喘控制問卷。三種評估工具使用相關性統計分析(spearman rank相關及皮爾森)來瞭解肺功能測試及六分鐘行走測試和氣喘控制問卷分數的相關性,並將相關參數放進迴歸統計解釋病患氣喘控制的狀況。
結果:結果顯示氣喘控制問卷的分數和用力吐氣容積的預測值百分比、第一秒用力吐氣容積的預測值百分比、休息時的喘息指數及休息時的血氧呈現正相關。在多重線性回歸分析顯示僅第一秒用力吐氣容積的預測值百分比可以解釋18.2%氣喘控制問卷的分數的變異性。
結論:我們評估氣喘病患的疾病控制情形,包括肺功能測試、六分鐘行走測試及氣喘控制問卷。測試結果及之間相關性可以提供相關醫療人員照顧氣喘病患依據。
