摘要

高位頸椎脊髓損傷患者有極高的危險性發生呼吸衰竭及相關的呼吸併發症。呼吸肌的偏癱無力常導致病患需要仰賴呼吸器。這個個案報告我們所要呈現的是協助一位C4到C5不完全脊髓損傷的66歲男性病患脫離呼吸器的照護過程。我們所提供的計劃包括夜間通氣支持、胸腔物理治療、肺部擴張治療及吸氣肌訓練。
