摘要

The severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (COVID-19) is associated with arterial thrombotic events1 and increased autoimmune responses,2,3 which may complicate clinical diagnosis and management. We present a patient hospitalized for COVID-19 experienced acute digital ischemia and Raynaud’s phenomenon associated with diffuse upper limb arterial thrombosis.
