N2 - Nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC) with epidural metastasis of spinal cord has rarely been reported. We present an NPC patient with epidural spinal cord compression due to metastasis. In spite of emergent radiotherapy and large dose decadron treatment, this patient still had severe sequela of paraplegia and incontinence. The epidemiology, clinical findings, diagnosis, treatment and outcome of this metastatic epidural tumor compression were discussed.
