摘要

In 5 patients with chronic myelogenous leukemia, the trypsin Giemsa banding technique for chromosome preparation revealed that the genesis of the Philadelphia (Ph1) chromosome occurred after the unique translocation from the distal portion of the long arm of chromosome 22 at the 12 banding location to the end of the long arm of 9: t(9;22)(q34;q12).
