We use Il15ra mutant mice and bone marrow chimeras to assess the role of IL-15 trans-presentation level in CD8+CD122+ T cells homeostasis. We demonstrate that CD8+CD122+ T cells require different levels of IL-15 trans-presentation to support their homeostasis.",
