Successful replantation of an amputated nasal tip by microvascular anastomosis

Abstract

A successful microsurgical nasal tip replantation in a young adult was recently accomplished. Review of the literature revealed its rare occurrence. An A-V fistula was used to resolve the problem of lack of venous return in this case.
