N2 - Dibutyryl adenosine cyclic 3', 5'-monophosphate (10'7-10-6 M) augmented the response (transformation, DNA synthesis, and mitosis)of normal human lymphocytes to antigenic or mitogenic stimulation. Incontrast, the response of lymphocytes from patients with lymphocyticleukemia was not enhanced. Higher concentrations (10-6-10-5 M) wereinhibitory with both normal and leukemic lymphocytes.—J Nat CancerInst 47: 91-94, 1971.
