The compliance to exercise occupied an important position in maintenance of the prevention of chronic diseases. Hence, if health care providers do applied may improve in the quality of communication between doctors and patients, promote patient self-efficacy, the outcome of medical treatment, indeed reduce medical resource in order to maintain full recovery. Following the concept analysis framework of Walker and Avant, target development of the defined characteristics of compliance of exercise, should focus on three defining characteristics and demonstrates the examples. This paper expects that nursing professionals can precisely apply the information from concept analysis as a guidance to enhance compliance to exercise in patients with chronic diseases.
