Abstract
In this article, the author proposes some measures to increase the supply of organs for transplantation. For example, offering monetary interest, compensation, and funeral services for donation of organ; changing the legal rules about living unrelated donor, consent mechanism, and organ allocation priority; clarifying legal problems about family override, donation after cardiac death, and public prosecutor’s examination procedure.
