本發明係揭露一種篩檢拓樸異構酶抑制劑之裝置及其方法,本發明之裝置包括一生物晶片及第一型拓樸異構酶(topoisomerase 1),第一型拓樸異構酶係固定於該生物晶片上,且第一型拓樸異構酶具有催化去氧核醣核酸(DNA)構型改變之活性。本發明之裝置提供快速篩選第一型拓樸異構酶抑制劑之方法。
