Description

Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease in prevalence has increased year by year, the estimated mortality rate by 2030 COPD will be in fourth place. Estimated global prevalence of the population over age 40 is about 9-10% of the population aged over 40 in Taiwan, the prevalence of about 16%. COPD is an irreversible airflow obstruction respiratory disease, the pathological changes in the small airways, lung parenchyma and pulmonary vessels, including chronic inflammation of the specific immune cells, as well as structural changes in the cycle of damage and repair caused by the formation of a multiple causes and multiple organ damage in inflammatory disease, increase the economic burden. There is a chronic low-grade chronic inflammation, the current movement is thought to have anti-inflammatory benefits not only the value of preventive medicine, and can be effective treatment for ischemic heart disease, heart failure, type II a variety of diseases such as diabetes and COPD and reduce mortality. Cytokine response generated by the movement of infected inflamed the situation is different. General exercise-induced TNF-α and IL-1β does not increase, and IL-6 first appeared, and then there's the anti-inflammatory cytokine IL-1ra and there is IL-10. In patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, systemic inflammatory response has been proven inflammatory mediators, including: IL-6, TNFα, IL-8, CRP and oxidative stress. Although studies have suggested that exercise training in patients with COPD benefit the physical, but still need to be further explored in the anti-inflammatory benefits, especially in the physical training intensity, duration, frequency and type of exercise could affect the results. Consider individual needs, this study will use the home mobile coach from Dr. Liu domestic development program to further investigate chronic obstructive pulmonary disease patients after receiving this training program, performance and analysis in the clinical laboratory to explore , anti-inflammatory and pro-inflammatory between relevance and mechanisms in patients with COPD
