Treatment of periodontal disease is a common case in oral clinical field. Guided tissue regeneration (GTR) is applied to periodontal disease for rebuilding the periodontal tissue, alveolar bone and periodontal ligament in oral clinical treatment. Purpose of the study is adopted the GTR barriers which are fabricated by electrospinning process. The raw material of this barrier is resorbable polymer (poly lactic acid, PLA) and 3-5 wt% tri-calcium phosphate (TCP), which with good biocompatibility and commonly used as dental void fillers. Plan of the study is performed a clinical evaluation to 40 periodontal patience, who are needed the periodontal surgery. Comparison of the membrane with bioceramic in the study and membrane without bioceramic in the market is by the following indexes: plaque index (PI), gingival index (GI), bleeding on probing (BOP), close vertical probing depth (CVPD), close horizontal probing depth (CHPD), gingival recession mobility (MOB), and clinical attachment level (CAL). After 1 week of operation done, the patients are needed to adjust and evaluate, as well as the oral health education teach. Then follow up the status of patients every 4 weeks. After 6 months of operation done, patients are expected to conduct their common oral care and recovery after the X-ray evaluation and simple teeth cleaning process.
