台灣已日漸進入老年化的社會,伴隨著是面臨了心腦血管等相關疾病的侵襲,進而造成從腦中風到心肌梗塞到猝死的問題,這其中血小板活化扮演一個原兇的角色。本計劃主要在探討銀杏素在臨床上對死亡率相當高的動脈栓塞相關的疾病是否能提供一個嶄新的治療方向及策略,在學術上提供全新的重要訊息及研究進展,同時對社會的貢獻更是深具教育功能。
