對社會、經濟預期影響: 增進對尼古丁、慢性阻塞性肺病、心室頻脈及組蛋白去乙醯酶徹底的了解,進而改善慢性阻塞性肺病心室頻脈的治療方法,減少社會成本,對新藥的開發將有突破。對學術發展預期影響: 本實驗建立慢性阻塞性肺病動物模式可藉由探討尼古丁及慢性阻塞性肺病對右心室流出道的電生理作用及心室頻脈的機轉,並研究targeting HDAC和microRNAs是否可開發新藥。
