Immigrant life stress is important for the immigrant women who are divorced. Women with transnational marriage not only need to adjust to Taiwan society but also face challenges of roles of women. Since the population of mothers with divorced or widow is increasing, to understand their Immigrant life stress experience becomes important issue. Thus, the purposes of this study will be examined the cognitive behavioral self-help intervention on immigrant life stress for immigrant women who are divorced. The proposal will be executed for one years and 9 months. The samples are the immigrating women, from Vietnam, Indonesia, and Thailand. They will be informed consent and voluntary. The survey of the Immigrant life stress issues was completed. Then the study adopts the experimental design before and after cross-sectional design, to understand the Immigrant life stress, self-efficacy, resilience, acculturation, and psychological morbidity, in addition to discussing the effectiveness of cognitive behavioral self-help intervention based on cognitive behavioral theory. Convenience sampling is a method used in this study. The experimental groups accept 3 month intervention and complete pre-test and 2 post-tests. The control groups accept 3 months data collection and accept 3 month intervention. GEE is used to estimate the difference between the two groups in Immigrant life stress, self-efficacy, resilience, acculturation, psychological morbidity.
