    • Project 1: Investigated the regulatory mechanism and therapeutic effects of CRABP1 in an Amyotrophic lateral sclerosis disease model
      • Established a novel 3D co-culture model using motor neurons and skeletal myotubes.
      • Established a whole mounting IF staining for neuromuscular junction.
    • Project 2: Investigated the non-canonical signaling mechanism of CRABP1 in stem cells.
      • Established a novel and non-canonical retinoic acid signaling pathway in the cytoplasm of embryonic stem cells.
